ACCESS RAMP

Hey, so I was looking at the access ramp for the parking.
From the brief, pg 25:
"Ribiška street is a one‐way street going toward Koroška street. Motoring traffic is limited on the Pristaniška street, and it is intended for delivery to the city market and shops at the street, and for intervention. Access is provided from the Koroška street direction.
The Street »E« will be intended for walking and bicycling, delivery and intervention vehicles."
I have a feeling they'ld expect E to be a delivery road.
But anyway, Ribiska is one way, going up, which means with the current ramp we'ld have to make a U turn on the way out of the parking.
I took an 8m radius (for 8m long, 16t trucks) and according to this scheme, we'ld have to recess the exit by 6m. I think.

On a second thought, we would only have to move about 3 m since we can take advantage of the full width of the street.
BUT I am wondering whether we can even access Ribiska from the river:
"Along the Drava river, at the Na Bregu, from the entrance into the garage under the
marketplace, further restrictions of motoring traffic towards east are planned. The
Vojašniška street and Usnjarska street to the Lent will only be accessible by vehicle for local
residents, delivery and intervention vehicles."
