I was just comparing the given m2 to see if they had given us NSF or GSF, and if this accounting room is any indication I think its safe to work with the NSF as GSF, at least for the rooms that we've applied 1.20 GSF towards. But fuckit, Im just gonna use their numbers for everything.
Im gonna look at the lecture hall and restaurant to double check.
But for example the apt for the artists is 100m2. That's huge no? Granted they are to be used as studios as well, but thats the same GSF as our Live/Work from Dallas.

yeah im going through some of the program now. shit is generous! hella generous!
i.e. with regular compact shelving the "free books" only needs to be 135m2 (from 350), leaving 230 for an open reading room. the more i can break up the program into smaller chunks the better i think for our scheme. yup!
