Rad rad. Whats the difference in the second one? The extra blurry water? No extra blurry water. Also the height looks a bit off, maybe its the height of the camera you're at. The high point of the bridge looks like its at the same height if not lower than the Lent shore. For reference, the Lent shore should come to about the midpoint between the water level and the apex of the bridge. Ill attach a sketch. If you have to, exaggerate the height. Somehow the bridge looks a scale too small or something.

Unfortunately the bridge is not as steep as we want it to for the shot.

A is starting to work. Though the grayness makes it seem much heavier. Id go back to more white. Also the white seems to call out the railing a bit more, which is helpful.
You cant fake the model, like stretch it vertically, to make it more dramatic? Just a touch would help alot. Its still reading a bit too flat.
The eastern half looks fine, so its just a fudging of the west half. maybe even just in photoshop?
I would have said C.
