I just liked these for their thinness, though we wont be able to suspend like this.

Yep, these are nice but not really suitable for our flat and urban site. These bridges are quite flexible and susceptible to vibration problems when there is busy foot traffic.
We could do a series of three arches, with cables draped over them to provide the walkway. That could be interesting.
